DEC Educational Consultancy has been operating in the field of educational consultancy since 1999 and has offices in two countries: Ukraine (Kiev) and Moldova (Chisinau). Both markets offer substantial opportunities for international education providers.

We provide our clients with qualified international education consultations, which include detailed information concerning the study options available at numerous universities, colleges, and schools. We also offer up-to-date visa requirements and assistance with visa processing, travel arrangements, and liaison with educational institutions regarding airport reception and student accommodation. DEC is dedicated to helping students who are interested in study abroad programs choose the right combination of course, educational institution, and country.

We have a sound knowledge of the study abroad market and broad experience in enrolling students. Expertly familiar with the working procedures of all embassies that issue visas to our students, we have a good reputation and a near 100% visa approval rate.

Marketing Strategy

Our plans for the year 2007 are to become the LEADING Ukrainian educational operator and to develop a wide network of subagents. To accomplish this we are going to conduct a massive public relations campaign, take part in the largest Ukrainian tourism fair (UITT 2007 http://www.uitt-kiev.com/index_eng.htm), publish a brochure entitled “Education Worldwide”, conduct a number of seminars, and organize FAM trips for subagents.

We are a very ambitious company and our goal is to be the most professional team of educational consultants in Ukraine and Moldova. We realize that we can achieve this only trough constant personal development and by establishing trustworthy relationships with our clients.

At DEC , every student is the subject of deep personal attention. We individually screen and interview each student in order to reveal his/her ambitions, personality, level of maturity, independence, and adaptability. We analyze our clients’ academic and career objectives, academic achievements, professional experience, and test for language comprehension. Only then do we offer a suitable program.

Moreover, we conduct a pre-departure orientation for all students and parents, at which we introduce the key issues and challenges that students could be exposed to during the duration of their chosen program.

W e attend all major events in the sphere of international education: ICEF workshops in Berlin and Moscow, Alphe in London, English UK in Brighton, and WEBA Conference in Lugano, CEC in Canada. We also participate in a number of FAM trips, which allow DEC consultants to increase their professionalism and keep up with all news and developments in educational markets.
