Mini-fairs concept and Promotion of the events

The well-being of Ukrainian and Moldovan people is getting better and better with every year. And more and more people decide to send their children to study abroad. However, education in countries such as Britain, Switzerland, Canada remains a high level and expensive “product”. That’s why in our opinion it requires targeted promotion to attract target audience of wealthy Ukrainians and Moldovans.

Our mini-fairs have a different concept than most other student or educational fairs. In contrast to most other fairs in the education sector, DEC limits the number of exhibitors to 10-12 (which represent the full spectrum of educational programs in corresponding country) in order to give each exhibitor a maximum exposure.

In addition to this, we concentrate our promotion on target audience of wealthy Ukrainians and Moldovans. Advertisements are hold in the form of PR articles about study opportunities in corresponding country. They are placed in the leading newspapers and business magazines. We attract radio channels, TV channel and the most renown Internet information agency to inform about the mini-fair

This way, the visitors attending the fairs are of a high quality to the exhibitors, because almost all are within their target group.

Furthermore we conduct fairs in Ukraine and Moldova, thus in one visit you can cover two markets.

For each fair we publish a brochure (2000 pieces) in Russian with detailed information about all participating institutions which are distributed among the visitors and at our offices.

Basing on our experience we are sure that such kind of “mini-fair” bring much bigger result tointernational educational institutions comparing to big massive international fairs.
